Listen. Understand. Define.
I work to understand what the customer needs to achieve, how the equipment is used, and where the limitations are. The requirements must reflect the real operation before a solution takes shape.
The best solutions start with a full understanding of the problem. I stay close to the work and to the customers who depend on it—listening to their requirements, understanding their constraints, and getting clear on what the operation needs.
As a director and board member at ALATAS, with responsibilities across the United States and Mexico, I work with our teams to turn those requirements into practical solutions. That means connecting the customer’s operational knowledge with our engineering and service experience.
Crane Commander reflects how I approach that responsibility: challenge assumptions, push the envelope, and help lead the industry forward. Innovation has to answer a real need—and prove its value in the work.
I work to understand what the customer needs to achieve, how the equipment is used, and where the limitations are. The requirements must reflect the real operation before a solution takes shape.
Together with ALATAS, I look at how engineering, controls, and mechanical systems can address those limitations. The aim is to expand capability, improve reliability, and solve problems that conventional approaches leave open.
Ideas matter when they become working solutions. I connect customer requirements with our teams’ expertise, keeping attention on the details that carry a concept through to equipment and systems that serve the operation.

Being close to the equipment and the people operating it reveals what a specification alone can miss: the conditions, the duty cycle, the constraints, and the demands of the job.
I bring that understanding into the work we do at ALATAS. From winch systems and crane controls to modernization and reliability, the starting point stays the same: what does the customer need this equipment to do?
